The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation (FTPF) is proud to offer corporations a customizable giving program to enhance their green initiatives. By collaborating on our groundbreaking tree planting efforts, donors are able to make a profoundly positive impact on the environment, human health, and animal welfare—all at once! Business sponsorships present excellent media opportunities, with most of our projects receiving widespread exposure in outlets ranging from The Los Angeles Times to The Today Show. Program Underwriting
FTPF is proud to partner with socially responsible companies that provide underwriting support for our innovative programs. Doing so gives your company maximum exposure as the sole sponsor of an exciting, customized FTPF program. Current opportunities include our “Orchards for Animals” program and a new program that will site orchards in low-income housing communities. See Communities Take Root and Fruit Tree 101 for examples of existing corporate underwriting. Program costs vary depending on the scope of the effort.

Sponsor an Orchard
Orchard sponsorships are currently available for our Reservation Preservation and Fruit Relief programs. Your company’s sponsorship will result in one or more fully functional fruit tree orchards that will benefit the community almost immediately. Fruit Relief orchards are an especially exciting opportunity for companies that work internationally. FTPF will provide photographs and information on the location and size of the orchard that your company’s sponsorship support makes possible, as well as installing signage at each site. Once you designate the program area, FTPF takes care of the rest, including all related costs from start to finish such as tree procurement, transportation, equipment, soil amendments, design expertise, planting labor, irrigation and fencing installation (as needed), and aftercare consultations. Sponsorships start at $4,500 per orchard for an average orchard size of 40 large trees.

General Organizational Support
Many businesses understand the great value of offering general support and would like to sign on as a “Proud Supporter” of the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation. Donations of this kind are deeply appreciated as they allow us to expand our ability to plant an even greater number of trees. This is our preferred type of support. FTPF is highly efficient and responsible with its funding, spending more than 96 per cent of every dollar donated on programs. Gifts of any amount are appreciated and are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.
